Sayajiraje Park was founded by Jaysinh Shankarrao Mohite-Patil alias Bal Dada, who is a respected cooperative leader. Stepping in his father’s footsteps, he has worked dedicatedly and contributed extensively to Akluj’ social, cultural, political and educational enrichment. He has also worked wholeheartedly to turn Akluj into one of Maharashtra’s leading tourist destinations.
